Priority Pass is a membership program that gets you into a network of 1,500+ airport lounges worldwide. Most premium travel cards include it for free.
In Europe, Asia, and Latin America, it is often excellent. Real showers. Real food. A calm hour that saves the whole day.
In the United States, the story is more complicated. Many of the good US lounges have restricted Priority Pass access at peak hours, or removed the network entirely in favor of the card's own branded lounges.
The honest math: if 60% of your annual flying is domestic, don't let Priority Pass be the reason you keep a $550 card. If half your travel is international, it quietly justifies the fee by itself.
